Water leaking from unsealed sidewalk beside 20 Queens Ave. It's beginning to cause liquifaction; silt is pushing up. I also noticed that 23 Queens Ave address has a bit of engineering work done on it too; a couple of water pipes and underground water under their foundations, possibly related???
