There is a public path near my home. I always found a big load of rubbish in the corner near the tree. I have reported the same problem several times because it's near my house. It is smelly after days. I did t see the person who put those rubbish but I guess those rubbish is either from NO. 2 or NO. 4 of Floria St, Hornby. Those people like collecting rubbish in their yard and sometimes get rid of some old ones. Can the council send someone have a visit if their yard and actually speak to those people please? You can also use google map to see their yard. I am sure you will amazed.
