38 Bluestone Drive - potential fire risk Dry rank grass on an unoccupied section. Is it possible to service notice on the section owner to cut/remove the talk, dry grass and lessen the potential fire risk for the immediate neighbours? The section owner who is unknown to me has had the section mown from time to time, but not for months now. The gap in the golf course hedge is due to a fireworks fire a few years ago..,
