Reported Sunday, 28 January 2024 at 10:31 am, 2/17 Wise Street, Addington Canterbury New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Two large metal gates open and secured to the gutter totally blocking the pavement on both sides. This means you have to walk into the road very dangerous for wheelchair users, blind people, children and any other pedestrian. There is parking all along this street so if you do have any form of disability you are going to find getting back onto the pavement very difficult and dangerous
