This happens everyday. Wilsons Traffic Management constantly park on the yellow lines at the end of Lakes Way making it very hard for the transport trucks and other large vehicles to get in out out of the street. They come and go so it is not always the same trucks. They have a yard, there is no reason for the trucks to be there.
