The reporter’s words

Yesterday when walking I found the tap had been left on to one of the water butts provided for the general public to water the new plantings on the Eastenders track as per the attached photo and coordinates. As no water was present from the tap I worry it had drained the water tanks above and might be effecting stock troughs.
