The reporter’s words

Hi, This isn’t about over grown vegetation, it’s about under vegetation. This is the new grass, aka weeds, which grew when the new grass was sown when the new water facility was completed. Before it was cut it was waist height weeds. I’m wondering what was planted and why it hasn’t been watered. Thanks, Amanda
