The reporter’s words

Pic is of Kahu Kiwi Park in Preston's, Marshland where once or twice a day is used as a quad and motorcycle play track for a couple of entitled groups of parent and 2 young children to ride/zoom around. This is a breach of CCC Bylaws, dangerous and generally disruptive to all other users. Also note these two groups travel to and from the park by riding these motor vehicles on the footpaths. Can you provide a plan to deal with this, or maybe forward to our local councillor, Kelly Barber? Thanks
