Outside 11 Bewdley St, Spreydon, Christchurch. Robinia tree overhanging footpath has large spikes - has scratched the face of a child who was passing by (and thought it would be fun to walk through the branches) - eye height for children and wheelchair users, needs trimming back to fence line for safety please.
