The reporter’s words

Water leak onto pavement with silt creating a very slippery area. I have slipped twice this week walking down the pavement both times in this exact same area. The 2nd time my fall was more significant as I landed on my bottom and knocked my head and shoulder hard on the ground. I am a young person with good balance so I am concerned for elderly people walking down the pavement. It is concerning due to being on the hill which makes it especially hazardous walking downhill.
