Hollow in crown of carriageway. Reseal of chip seal ineffective as chip did not adhere and subsequently made carriageway hump and corrugated. Poor standard of chip sealing overlay- worth documenting to record what not to do. Please can someone meet me and explain what standard of chip seal overlay is necessary as it is getting worse
