The reporter’s words
Rubbish bins overflowing at empty section. They’re on the footpath of section and are attracting rats. I’m In comms with John Arps from council regarding this. However section has remained the same for a few weeks now, his solution was to place an unsafe rat trap on the site. Council bins have only recently been dropped off here, this section has been empty for 10 years.
