The lawn which WAS regularly mowed hasn't been mowed since the land transfer request issued in November 2023 https://lrs.linz.govt.nz/search/titles/CB24A$599 This is a huge potential fire hazard, and some of the dry grass is about 4 - 5 ft high now. Whoever now owns it and is planning to build on it needs to do something about it because any potential hazards they are going to be liable for.
