Report this many times, filled out various barking diaries, contacted Nina at CCC but nothing gets done about this issue. Dog barking all early hours of morning waking us up at 4,5,6 am. Mentioned to CCC to set up noise recorder for a week but this hasn't been done. Genuinely at wits end how to get action on this.
