The reporter’s words
Traffic is using the wrong side of the road. However there is no warning to pedestrians. I nearly got hit by a bus coming from an unexpexted direction. There are no pedestrian crossings and no signage for where to cross ... everyone has to jaywalk. There are cones everywhere in a disorganized state. There is no signage for pedestrians. No pedestrian planning appears to have been done, or if it has been then what has been implemented is deficient.
