My neighbour Trevor insists on parking his hideous motor home blocking the entire pavement. He bought this just before Christmas and except when he is away in it, it is parked like this. We have lots of older people and children who live near here and this really isn't acceptable. Pavements are for walking on not parking on. Thanks
