Hi guys, who can residents speak to about constant speeding and guys doing car burnouts in the area? There must be zero police presence or fear as reporting cars seems to do nothing. I used to live in Strowan and all small roads off Papanui Rd have speed bumps, how do we get speed bumps and traffic slowing measures on Grahams Road please, it's really bad lately. Thanks
