Reported Thursday, 15 February 2024 at 5:35 pm, 52 Antigua Street, Addington, Christchurch 8024, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Hedge has narrowed footpath making it difficult for pram/wheelchair/mobility scooter access. Impossible to pass another pedestrian without stepping dangerously into cycleway. Should be cut back to boundary line and not just ‘trimmed’
