The reporter’s words

The white van in the photos has been parking up the shared driveway and lot in an undesignated area. It is blocking the path for cars to get in and out of their car parks. There have been multiple emails sent to try and solve the issue but nothing has been done. The property managers suggested sending a request through here to try and get some advice on how to solve the issue. Thanks
