Major disruption due to some minor work being undertaken on Hewitts Road. No notification received by residents about the significant area affected and a large area now No Parking so many residents have to park a considerable distance away from their homes. Low/blind vision people and those with disabilities have had no opportunity to make other arrangements in advance.
