Water leak. To the left of driveway of 4 Wedgewood Ave, between 4 Wedgewood and 6 Wedgewood Ave. please note: this is not the puddle to the right of the driveway, this new leak is to the left. No water meters near the leak, at this time, indicate a leak from a household. So it is probably on the council side.
