Reported Wednesday, 23 May 2018 at 1:16 pm, Groynes Dr, Northwood, Christchurch 8051, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Why are trucks allowed to park and block footpath. Pedestrians/mobility scooters are forced o to a very busy rd/roundabout. Alternative is the mud churned by the truck. Who pays for the damage. Were is the traffic management - there is none
