The reporter’s words
Scarbourgh Clock tower scaffolding has been in place around clock tower for over 5 weeks now and no activity on repairs. How much is the scaffolding costing ratepayers per day? We would appreciate a costing and feedback. Thank you, Susan Kaschula Sumner ratepayer
