An advertising billboard for a real estate agent ( not a particular listing, and not outside a house for sale ) on the main road...a visual eyesore and the thin end of the edge in letting al billboards and other asvertising signs on public land. A blot on an other picturesque landscape in a tesidential area. This is opposite the surf club on the main road into Sumner.
