This bin has been outside my house 225 Taylor's mistake Rd for over a month. Public constantly add rubbish despite it overflowing. The owners live up a steep track and obviously cant retrieve it. When the southerly hits the garbage is strewn everywhere. Who's responsibility is it to clean up? Hard to believe it's right behind the welcome to Taylor's Mistake sign. It's a disgrace ..
