Job No 92418707. I reported this incident yesterday but am now submitting photos. This is the vehicle and persons I witnessed dumping a full trailer load of household rubbish in the red zone last Sunday 27 May 2018 at 4.45 pm in the Pacific Park area of Bexley. I followed them for as long as we could while talking to the police but lost them when we got the red light. They had a hireace trailer which the Z stations hire out. We checked the Woolston ferry rd and brougham st station but couldn’t see them. I think maybe they headed off down Linwood ave to the Z station there. Surely the stations must have to sight licenses etc before hiring. One picture shows the car registration number.
