The sign (showing there is a speed bump and speed reduction recommended) when travelling West Bound on Fisher Ave/Beckenham St is completely obscured by a tree and is not visible at all. There are also not any painted patterns on the road to alert drivers of the raised intersection/speed bump. Thanks!
