The reporter’s words

There is a vehicle parking on the grass verge outside Higgins on Vickers Road, this and sometimes other vehicles are parking during business hours Monday to Friday. The verge is walked on daily as there is no footpath and the vehicles are close to a busy roundabout intersection, the grass is gone and in raining weather becomes slippery and a H&S issue for pedestrians trying to walk around this and other vehicles without skipping or stepping onto the busy dangerous intersection road
