The reporter’s words

My dog lost his tag as it broke off. I have twice gone through ordering new one on council site but have not received his new one. His ID is 230405, name Albie, owner ID 3264500. Incidentally these 'lifetime' tags last a shorter time than the previous plastic ones. He has already worn one out by scratching his neck within 6 months of receiving it. I suggest you go back to the previous design.
