The reporter’s words

Since the earthquakes in 2011, the road in Darley Street has continued to deteriorate on the southern side of the Street. Water pools in the gutters and doesn’t flow freely to the drain at the Barrington Street end. There are a considerable number of potholes that have emerged over years, some of these have had temporary repairs made. In the last six months the pot holes have increased in number and in size. It would be appreciates if the street could receive some attention in repairing the damage, largely as a result of the earthquakes. John Ladley 021 821 333
