Caravan parked on road for 2nd time in 6 months. We came back home on 7 Feb and was parked on the road. I talked to the owner more than a week ago and has not been moved. He is now partially blocking the road because his car with trailer can’t be parked against the curb in front of the caravan. Has also been angry at people parking beside his house.
