The reporter’s words
You have have taken away 3 rubbish bins from Broadhaven reserve and replaced them with one of your fancy bins that is discreetly located where no-one can find it. Please put a rubbish bin near the car park where people will use it. It will encourage dog walkers to pick up after their dogs and those using the car park to use the bin. Currently there is a pile of rubbish where the rubbish bin used to be. I will no longer pick up the rubbish of others as the bins are not conveniently located.
