The reporter’s words

Ccc water will not fix this leak after I have referred it multiple times. This is about 200m from a primary school and my 6 year old daughter slipped in it today. This is a danger across the footpath and is going to cause harm to a child. Please have this seen to before someone (probably a child is badly hurt)
