The mulch from the gardens has flowed out onto the foot path and is blocking safe access for wheel chairs and mobility scooters and is also a major trip hazard for pedestrian. This has been an issue for years and council staff or city care have never maintained it i swept a small portion of it to see where the footpath actually is im and surprised to have see citycare staff in the cemetery standing around taking for 2 hours doing nothing while the place is an absolute mess.
