Roading/Streets

The reporter’s words
Hi Recently I sent a notification that the white parking lines that were painted in error then removed here have come back as the grey paint put over the top has rubbed off. This spot is no parking and has yellow lines (which are freshly painted) I was sent a reply to say a request had been sent to the contractor to remove the white lines. Today a parking enforcement officer spoke to me saying it is very confusing having both yellow lines and white parking hockey sticks. With a car there only the white parking space is visible, not the yellow lines. This space is no stopping to enable vehicles safe passage to turn into and out of Erewhon Terrace. With a car here large/emergency vehicles simply can’t make the corner. It also is a narrow part of road (under 3m space if a car parks there) Please could you follow up the removal of the white parking lines as per previous request. I think a small no stopping sign would help too. The parking enforcement team will also follow this up Thanks Jeremy
