Overgrown Vegetation
Reported Wednesday, 20 March 2024 at 9:15 pm, 140 Sumnervale Drive, Sumner, Christchurch 8081, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
100m downhill of Ocean View Terrace on Evans Pass Road the overgrown vegetation is forcing cyclists into the uphill car lane. This section of road is on a blind bend & impatient car drivers overtaking cyclists run the high risk of a collision with downhill traffic. This problem has been previously dealt with very effectively but the vegetation has grown back. This problem needs to be dealt with annually.
