Water Leak

The reporter’s words

Please see attached pictures of a water leak at the North end of the complex adjacent to the water meter and Backflow prevention box. There doesn’t seem to be a leak around the backflow device, and it looks like it is in the berm between the fence and the roadway, so I believe it’s the Councils issue. Can you send this to them so they can check it out. There is slime on top of the water, so it’s been leaking for some time.
