Poles and Signage - General
Reported Friday, 22 March 2024 at 11:59 am, 55 Riccarton Road, Riccarton Canterbury 8041, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Digital billboard facing east on the south side of Riccarton Rd does not have a dimming function which makes it very bright at night which has lead to glare in the envirnment and danger to vulnerable road users where drivers are unable to see them due to the intensity of light spill from the billboard. This should be required and controlled through the required consent - if not should be added.
