The reporter’s words
We have been in our house for 3.5 years with our drive/footpath in this state. Last year in May, I sent a snap, send, solve request and we had the paint marks you can see in the photo added a couple of days later. 10 months on and nothing more has happened even though our neighbors across the road have had the footpath outside their house pulled up and replaced, the manholes on the road outside our driveway have been flattened off and the road itself has been resurfaced.
