The reporter’s words
A bus broke down outside 128 St Martins Road yesterday and a Parks tow truck towed it away. A significant amount of oil had been deposited in the gutter, which has flowed down towards the river. Other blobs of oil have been left on the road as the truck drove away. We’d like this oil attended too immediately as there is a danger of it being washed into the river in the next rain
