The Entire Mall Also needs Renovation. So many leakages inside Riccarton Mall Christchurch City Council needs to get on with it. Please also fully renovate the Upstairs Car park it's old and not good and the Leakages inside the mall every single one from one end of the mall to the other. This is not good. IT'S A HEALTH AND SAFETY CONCERN
