The reporter’s words
My electric bike can not be carried up these stairs. Ditto a pushchair it is totally unacceptable that we will lose access up cave Tce for over a month. The alternative is not practical for many. Cycling is my main mode of transport. I can make do for a week but not a month. There needs to be a traffic light system allowing two way traffic
