The reporter’s words

It appears someone has pulled this cycle wayfinding sign out of the ground. I can see where it goes back in the ground, otherwise I would slot it back in. I moved it out of the way so it wasn’t a trip hazard for people crossing the road. Much appreciated if you can fix this up.
