The reporter’s words

This large vehicle is constantly parking right over the pedestrian footpath, you have to either go onto the road or if he leaves enough room in front of vehicle by their gate, the gate area quite often has 2 large dogs that run at the gate growling and barking which scares me and my dog I'm walking. It's very intimidating and scarey and my dog gets a huge fright and jumps around in fear. I just want to use the footpath as normal, he can park on the road like any other citizen has to. Thankyou.
