Pavement - General
Reported Monday, 8 April 2024 at 10:50 am, 81 Port Hills Road, Heathcote Valley, Christchurch 8022, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
This seems like a simple irritation but the stone chips spread all over the footpath have tar on them. When the resealing was completed the road had a cursory sweep but the debris was left on the footpath. There are piles of it as well in places.
