The reporter’s words
Photographed car parked across the footpath and removed to move when pedestrians wanted to pass through. Was waiting for her daughter who attended a lesson at Marley Perkins next door. Other children had to walk onto to the road to walk around the car. Driver was in the car. Refused to leave. She should be there every Monday at 5.35ish.
