The reporter’s words

The mud tank/drain outside 56 Innes Rd ( new build) is blocked. This drain connects to the drain on the opposite side of Innes Rd (outside 55 Innes). When the drain outside 56 is blocked there is significant flooding on Innes Rd which happened last night.
