General Request
Reported Friday, 12 April 2024 at 4:34 pm, 116 Kittyhawk Avenue, Wigram, Christchurch 8042, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Empty residential section at 114 Kittyhawk Avenue, Wigram with weed and overgrown uncut grass for 4 years which is a fire hazzard during summer and attracts mice and rats during winter. Overseas owners and no way to communicate their obligations to not create an eyesore property. Fire Department will not look at it unless grass was actually on fire. We spoke to a driver at the local fire department and this fact is correct and referring the matter is passing the buck not actually solving it
