The reporter’s words

Contractor sucked up leaves from gutters last week but failed to clear the sumps. I was watching them. Then after the heavy rain 2 nites ago, there was water still pooling. Pulled out enough leaves to unblock sump this morning (still vast amount remains in the second sump outside 33 Wroxton Tce which works in tandem with outside our place). Can contractor please do a worthwhile job. Not checking below the surface
