The reporter’s words
Public toilet area has been taken over by 2 people with a trolley blocking doorway, they have sleeping bags and black plastic cover over some of the doorway/gate. Noone else can get in and when you walk past walking the dog they yell out obscenities. I'm worried about children or older people walking around there or wanting to use the facilities. They have a trolley full of their stuff preventing anyone getting in. This has been at least for the last 5 days. Can some action please be taken
